Track and Field is one of our biggest teams at Saint Ambrose for a reason. It is so popular because it is FUN!
Events
Our school
Our track team does both field events and track events ranging from the mile to quick sprints of 50 m. Our team also works throwing events and sometimes get to try jumping events.
Practices
You can make it work. Trust us!
Historically speaking practices happen on Monday and Thursday's after school 4-5:15/5:30 ish. Our coaches try to enter 3 or more competitions but it is always weather dependant.
